Ingredients

  • 600g cooked day-old rice
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 carrot, finely diced
  • 100g frozen peas
  • 100g sweetcorn
  • 3 spring onions, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Pinch of white pepper

Instructions

    Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a wok and scramble the eggs, then set aside.
