  • 150g flat green beans
  • 150g large white beans
  • 2 ripe tomatoes, grated
  • 1 tablespoon sweet paprika
  • A few saffron threads
  • 5 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1.5 liters water
  • Fresh rosemary sprigs (optional)
  • Salt to taste
