- 150g large white beans
- 2 ripe tomatoes, grated
- 1 tablespoon sweet paprika
- A few saffron threads
- 5 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1.5 liters water
- Fresh rosemary sprigs (optional)
- Salt to taste
