Ingredients
- 1.5 kg pork trotters and bones
- 500g pork belly
- 2 tbsp miso paste
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 4 portions fresh ramen noodles
- 4 eggs
- 4 spring onions, sliced
- 1 sheet nori, halved
- 100g bamboo shoots
- 4 cloves garlic

Boil pork bones for 10 minutes, drain and rinse to remove impurities.
