Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets, skin on
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp mirin
- 2 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
- 2 spring onions, sliced

Mix soy sauce, mirin, sake, sugar and ginger in a small bowl.

Pat salmon dry and season lightly with salt.
