Ingredients

  • 8 large eggs
  • 60ml whole milk
  • 200g baby spinach
  • 150g feta, crumbled
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Small bunch dill, chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • Pinch of nutmeg

    Heat olive oil in an oven-safe pan and sauté onion for 4 minutes.
