Ingredients

  • 500g ground beef
  • 200g ground pork
  • 1 onion, finely diced
  • 2 carrots, finely diced
  • 2 celery sticks, finely diced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 200ml red wine
  • 200ml whole milk
  • 800g canned crushed tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 500g spaghetti
  • Parmesan to serve
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

    Heat olive oil and sauté onion, carrot and celery for 8 minutes until soft.
