Ingredients

  • 600g floury potatoes
  • 800g minced lamb
  • 2 onions, diced
  • 2 carrots, diced
  • 100g frozen peas
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 300ml beef stock
  • 1 tablespoon sweet or smoked paprika
  • 30g butter
  • 200ml milk
  • 1 pinch nutmeg
  • 4 tablespoons oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

    Peel potatoes, cut into cubes, and boil in salted water until tender
