Ingredients
- 600g floury potatoes
- 800g minced lamb
- 2 onions, diced
- 2 carrots, diced
- 100g frozen peas
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 300ml beef stock
- 1 tablespoon sweet or smoked paprika
- 30g butter
- 200ml milk
- 1 pinch nutmeg
- 4 tablespoons oil

Peel potatoes, cut into cubes, and boil in salted water until tender
