- 400g strong bread flour
- 260ml warm water
- 8g salt
- 2g instant yeast
- 200g San Marzano tomatoes, hand-crushed
- 1 tsp salt for sauce
- 200g fresh mozzarella, torn
- Fresh basil leaves
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
