Ingredients

  • 400g strong bread flour
  • 260ml warm water
  • 8g salt
  • 2g instant yeast
  • 200g San Marzano tomatoes, hand-crushed
  • 1 tsp salt for sauce
  • 200g fresh mozzarella, torn
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

    Mix flour, water, salt and yeast into a shaggy dough.

    Knead for 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
