- 230g plain flour
- 60g icing sugar plus more for dusting
- 200g butter, soft
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 300g sugar
- 30g flour
- 4 large eggs
- 180ml lemon juice
- 2 tbsp lemon zest

Mix flour, icing sugar, salt and butter into a crumbly dough.
