Ingredients
- 600g ground lamb
- 1 onion, grated and squeezed dry
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Small bunch parsley, chopped
- Small bunch mint, chopped
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- 2 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp salt
- 200g Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Pinch of dried mint

Mix lamb, onion, garlic, herbs, spices and salt thoroughly with hands.
