Ingredients

  • 5 slices bread
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • Butter for frying
  • Maple syrup for serving
  • Pinch of cinnamon (optional)

    Butter a frying pan and set over low-medium heat

    Crack eggs into a shallow bowl

    Add milk to the eggs and beat until smooth and combined
