Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts
- 8 rashers bacon
- 4 eggs
- 200g cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 avocado, diced
- 150g blue cheese, crumbled
- 1 head romaine, chopped
- 1 small red onion, sliced
- 60ml red wine vinegar
- 120ml olive oil
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp honey
- Salt and pepper
