- 400g spaghetti
- 200g pancetta or guanciale, diced
- 4 large egg yolks
- 2 whole eggs
- 100g Pecorino Romano, finely grated
- 50g Parmesan, finely grated
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Salt for pasta water
