  • 500g chicken breast, sliced thin
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, minced
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

    Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and cornstarch in a small bowl

    Heat oil in a wok or large pan over high heat
