Ingredients
- 2 large romaine hearts, chopped
- 100g parmesan, grated
- 200g rustic bread, cubed
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 4 anchovy fillets
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 120ml vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper

Toss bread cubes with olive oil and salt, bake at 190°C for 10 minutes until crisp.
