Ingredients
- 1.2 kg chicken wings, split
- 1 tbsp baking powder (not soda)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 120ml hot sauce (Frank's or similar)
- 60g unsalted butter
- 1 tbsp white vinegar
- 1 tsp Worcestershire
- Blue cheese dressing and celery to serve

Pat wings completely dry with paper towels.

Toss wings with baking powder, salt and garlic powder.

Arrange on a rack over a tray and bake at 230°C for 45 minutes, flipping halfway.
