Ingredients
- 500g day-old bread, cubed
- 100g raisins
- 500ml whole milk
- 200ml double cream
- 150g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 tbsp vanilla
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- Pinch of salt
- 60g butter, melted
- 120g sugar for sauce
- 60g butter for sauce
- 120ml cream for sauce

Instructions

Toss bread cubes with raisins in a buttered baking dish.

Whisk milk, cream, sugar, eggs, vanilla, spices and salt.
