Ingredients
- 500g dried black beans, soaked overnight
- 300g smoked pork ribs
- 300g pork shoulder, cubed
- 200g chorizo sausage
- 200g smoked ham hock
- 200g bacon
- 2 onions, chopped
- 8 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 bay leaves
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- Orange slices and cilantro to serve
- Cooked white rice
- Sautéed collard greens

Drain beans and cover with fresh water in a large pot, add bay leaves.
