Ingredients

  • 300g short-grain rice
  • 300g beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 1 zucchini, julienned
  • 150g spinach
  • 150g bean sprouts
  • 100g shiitake mushrooms, sliced
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 3 tbsp gochujang
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
  • Vegetable oil

Instructions

    Cook the rice according to package directions.

    Marinate beef in 2 tbsp soy, 1 tbsp sesame oil and 1 tbsp sugar for 10 minutes.

    Stir-fry the beef in a hot pan for 3 minutes.
