Ingredients

  • 500g beef, cubed
  • 300-400g potatoes, cubed
  • 1 carrot, sliced
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 500ml water
  • 3-4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 3-4 bay leaves
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon caraway seeds
  • 2-3 champignon mushrooms, sliced (optional)
  • Oil for frying
  • Flour for dusting
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

    Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium heat

    Add cubed potatoes with salt and fry, stirring occasionally
