Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups mashed ripe bananas (4-5 bananas)
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/4 cup crushed walnuts

Mix the wet ingredients (eggs, mashed bananas, butter, sugar) in a large bowl

In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, spices, and salt
